Training is structured around these themes:

Focus

Focus on the positive outcomes of retention, safety, risk reduction, and productivity to facilitate the ‘unlearning’ of attitudinal biases and stereotypes.

Build

Build the awareness and competencies of management and workers to create a worksite culture that is welcoming, supportive, respectful and productive for all workers.

Develop

Develop the specific knowledge and skills to confidently and effectively identify and address incidents on the work site.

Motivate

Motivate all crew members to accept their role and responsibility for maintaining a healthy worksite culture by treating all colleagues with respect, dignity and consideration for their wellbeing.
